Mounted onto mirri card and gave it a deckle edge added the layers and sprayed with glitter.

I used an A5 8 inch square card and placed the backing paper on the bottom half with the birthday girl border at the base of the card and glitter ribbon along the top of the backing paper.

Placed the layered image at the top of the card.
