Beautiful Boots - Vintage Polka Dots A5Completed by Susan Smith

Printed this design onto photo paper and cut out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of a pink C5 card, then added a silver border all round the outside edges, to finish I made up the design using 2mm sticky pads
