Dress Toppers Set 1Completed by Joan Prince

Printed out two copies of this sheet onto white card and cut out the dresses of the 2nd copies to decoupage.

I placed the base images onto A5 white scallope edge cards using d/s tape and then added the dresses using foam pads.

I placed "Happy Anniversary" on the blue and "Happy Birthday" on the Lilac to finish. The inserts will read "With Love & Best Wishes".
