I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image with contrasting card and mounted it onto a white base card...I added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel...to finish the card I added organza flowers and bow...a gorgeous design.
