Steampunk Top Hat with Lace & Blue Roses
This lovely topper features a fabulous steampunk style top hat with lace and gorgeous blue roses. It has decoupage, two greetings and a blank greetings tile.

Printed onto matte coated paper, then mounted onto purple paper, then onto brown card. I used silicone for the decoupage and finished of with a cream insert.
I printed the sheets onto white card and cut out the images. I mounted the main image onto my card base using DST. I then added the decoupage with foam pads.
I just love this design and it's colours. I decided to make a z fold card.
I folded an A4 piece of card into shape. Covering it with a blue backing paper.
I used the main image on the center of the card. I decoupage the double blue rose and added a brooch like decoration.
On the front of the card I decoupaged the hat and stand adding a best wishes sentiment.
