Printed on to good quality glossy photo paper. Cut out all pieces. Attached main piece to a white card base with fancy borders. Attached 3d pieces using foam pads.

I printed the sheet on to matt photo card and cut out the topper and decoupage. I attached the topper to an 8x8 inch card blank using DST and added the decoupage with foam pads. Simple to make this stunning design.
