I printed this sheet twice onto 160gsm white cardstock with the first sheet I attached the main part to my base card.

I cut out all the parts and used 3d foam pads to attach, I used the second sheet to cut some more elements which I attached using brads and foam pads.

Very pretty and easy to do.
