Sweet as Candy Card Topper

Hope you enjoy making up this design :). Print onto 200GSM cardstock or photopaper. Cut out all pieces, and attach main panel to blank card with glue or DST. Use 3D foam or gel dots to stick on decoupage layers and sentiment.
