I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image and mounted it onto a white card...I added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel...to finish the card I added little pearls to the corners...this is a beautiful design suitable for various ocassions.
