Watermill with Floral Frame DecoupageCompleted by Fran Turner

I printed the sheet on to photo card and cut out all the pieces. I used a square white card and placed the main design on to this with dst and then used foam pads for the decoupage.

I finished it off with silver peel off corners and birthday sentiment.

A little glitter on the flowers added some bling.
