Victorian Ladies Topper with Decoupage InsertsCompleted by Marilyn Clarke

Card base is 8x8". Design sheet was printed twice onto 170g matte paper. Backing card and paper were attached using DST. Lace and greeting were cut and shaped then decoupaged using 3D tape. Image was also attached to card front with 3D tape.

Satin ribbon, button and tiny gems were used to embellish. A beautiful image that makes a stunning card.
