Dancing the Night Away Topper with DecoupageCompleted by Marion Evans

I adhered the main graphic to a scalloped edge base card that I cut on my Cricut. I proceeded to cut out the decoupage pieces and layered them with foam pads.

I added tiny gems here and there to give it some bling as well as glitter glue on the lady's dress and the street lamps.
