The sheet was printed onto a satin finish photo paper. I created a DL card using aqua hammered pearlesent card. I used a long piece of silver mirri and attached a piece of aqua script paper to it which I punched along the bottom.

I tied a piece of aqua organza ribbon to this mat and attached it to the card. I mounted the base image onto the same silver mirri card and attached this to the mat. I layered up the remaining decoupage using 1mm foam pads.
