Printed the design onto good quality paper. Cut a black card and a white pearlescent card (slightly smaller), punched four leaf corners into the white pearlescent card and stuck both card together with silicone glue and then added to an A5 card with DST.

Added the design with 1mm foam pads and then added liquid pearls to the four corners. Finished wth a gold peel off sentiment.
