Hold Onto Your Dreams Card Topper & DecoupageCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I started with an 8x8 card blank and covered it with a CUP backing paper. I matted the image onto gold mirror card, then pink glitter card and then gold mirror card again. I added a blue feather and used foam tape to mount it to the card blank.

I decoupaged the layers and used Icicle Stickles on the lady's head band, jewellery and sash. I used Frosted stickles on the Roses, and Pinflair glitter wand on the corner flowers.
