I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. I used a white textured square card base and layered blue metallic textured card onto it, then attached the image to that.

I added white die-cut corners, glitter and some faux gems to add highlights.

I finished with white peel-offs forming a border. This is a great art deco design that would be useful for many occasions.
