The Purple Sparkle DressCompleted by Deborah Sweet

I printed the sheet on to lightweight card and cut out the topper and decoupage. I covered the front of an A5 card with purple sparkle paper, then mounted the topper using DST. I added a sentiment and the decoupage using foam pads. Finished with two gems on the sentiment.

The colours on this design are stunning!
