I printed the sheet out onto 220gsm good quality photo paper.
I matted the base layer onto blue silk mirri then onto silver holo card, added a blue feather & blue Ivy swirl & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.
I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel & used Star Dust, Waterfall & Glam Pink Stickles to add some sparkle.
