Blue Art LadyCompleted by Lynda Jones

I used an A5 white card blank and added a printed blue vellum which I had cut with a decorative border.

I matted the topper onto blue mirri card and fixed this off centre.

To complete I added some swirls of blue glitter glue with gems, a large organza bow and silver sentiment. To the ladies dress and headress I added a little irridescent glitter for added bling
