Summer FashionCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed out the sheet onto matt card and matted the base layer onto the 6x6 base card I'd covered in a backing paper.

I decoupaged the layer with foam pads and embellished with a greeting and a paper flower arrangement. I added some Stickles glitter glue for sparkle.
