The sheet was printed onto super smooth white card and the pieces were cut out. I took the main piece and stuck it onto a blue card. This was trimmed to leave a border around the image and then stuck to the front of an A5 pale blue card.

I stuck on the centre panel and the fan using 1mm deep double sided foam tape.
