Art Deco Lady Pearl (aqua) Topper SheetCompleted by Johanna Lambert

I printed the sheet onto good quality white card and cut out the main image. I mounted onto a layer of teal card and punched a border down each side before mounting onto my card base using DST.

I finished by adding black gems to the punched border.
