A very pretty design. Printed onto matte photo paper, cut out and layered the decoupage using 2mm foam dots. Used a silver Copic Spica pen to add highlights to the swirly frame design, also added a little to the blue roses and the dove and fairy wings.

I then mounted the card front onto a piece of dark blue card, added a silver sticker border and then attached to a light blue card.
