I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to pink paper, silver linen card, then on to a white card. Layered, added a sentiment, gems and some glitter. A very pretty design.

I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I mounted on a pink card front. I used liquid gold and silver pearl to accent scrolls and flowers. I added some diamond stickles to flower centers and wings. Lastly used a tag included
