Pretty in PinkCompleted by Giselle Topper

After printing and cutting out the base topper and decourpage elements - I adhered the base topper with DST to a silver pearlescent cardstock and created the card base.

I then mounted the sentiment tag and decourpage items with foam tape and added white Liquid Pearl dots to the sparkle elements of the design.

At the bottom of the card I added an embossed Butterfly embellishment sticker border by Twin Seven to finish it off.

Just exquisite!!!
