Shoe Heaven Set of Four Tag ToppersCompleted by Lorraine Proud

These are great size toppers but i wanted to use all four together so i cut the top off the tags matted onto black card, i printed another sheet of the tags and cut out the shoes to decoupage using pinflair gel for dimension, these were then placed on an 8x8 card that had gold card matted on it with foam pads
