Steampunk Toppers Set 1Completed by Valerie Boyle

I used 2 backing papers for this design. I used a border punch down each strip and added them to a pale aqua card, adding a darkbrown and aqua strip to the centre.

I matted the large topper onto dark brown and added to my card with foam pads.

I attached a small topper to the back of the card.
