Print image twice and decoupage onto base layer.

Matt onto blue holographic card leaving narrow border all around.

Matt again onto glitter card leaving a 5cm border.

Punch wave border down a strip of dark turquoise card 1 third the size of the base card ribbon punch holes down legnth of card and thread ribbon through, attach to left side of card. Add image to card, and a small sentiment to bottom of the card, decorate with gems and peel offs as desired.
