Father Christmas Ornate Scalloped Picture and LocketCompleted by Brenda Needham

i covered good quality card stock with green glitter card then gold holly vellum, printed image onto semi gloss photo paper, assembled locket as instructed. decoupaged to front of card, applied gold glitter to heart lock and a gold merry christmas peel off to locket. applied gold peel offs to edges of card and underneath image. finished with a red organza bow to bottom of card.
