used 7x7 white card, printed sheet on photo paper, cut all pieces out place main picture on blue mirror card leaving a bit at the bottom trim, place on card with d/sided tape, space at bottom place silver sticker railway line, place rest of decoupage on with d/sided foam pads, silver borders, sentiment, glitter.
