I printed out the sheet, then cut it out, I added the base onto the card with DST, the other elements I added with foam pads, this is a stunning looking card card I love it

Printed this design out on glossy photo paper. Cut out the pieces to decoupage and the sentiment. I used double sided tape on the back to put onto my card base and then used foam pads to add the pieces.
I trimmed the edges with gold straight peeloffs.
I added the matching insert to finish off the card.
