Printed this design out on glossy photo paper. Cut out the pieces to decoupage and the sentiment. I used double sided tape on the back to put onto my card base and then used foam pads to add the pieces.

I trimmed the edges with gold straight peeloffs.

I added the matching insert to finish off the card.
