Birthday Wishes Just for You #4

I created a 53/4” square blue card. I printed two copies of the design. I fixed one copy of the design to the card and decoupaged the smaller square onto this design. I added two fish buttons to complete the finished image and will add the appropriate wording as applicable.

I printed twice on matte card, I cut away the outer edge of the second print and used as decoupage with the sentiment and silhouette, I highlighted the frame and sentiment with gold glitter then finished with gems, On the second picture you can see that I added decoupaged snapper and gems.
