Forever Young Record and Sleeve Cover

This sheet comprises of a record that can be slotted into the record sleeve and either handed as a small card or used as a topper or perhaps even place inside any card as a little keepsake.

Quick to make up cut out sleeve cover score the flaps fold over add double sided tape to the flaps and seal leaving the right hand side open to slot in your record. For the record I attached them together using a glue stick then added the chosen centers with foam pads. Finally slot the record into the sleeve and it is ready to go....hope it's a hit with you. There are a couple of blank centers should you choose to add your own greeting.
