I removed the middle of the silver mirror using a smaller die.

I then attached acetate to the frame using extra sticky tape and then used 3D foam tape around the outside and after poring in some small blue balls I sealed it with another layer of acetate.

I then attached the whole card front to a card blank and attached a sentiment. Finally I cut out the decoupage and applied it over the main image onto the front of the acetate.
