This was printed onto white glossy photo paper and decoupaged up. I placed it on a pale blue gingham card and a teal pearlescent card, and finally on a white scalloped edge card.
I added an anchor charm at the base.
I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I mounted on a red card front. I added some red plastic dots and some copper liquid pearls to enhance the design.
