Printed the sheet on matte photo paper and cut out topper and decoupage and selected a tag. Inked all edges with black ink. assembled the decoupage using foam tape and mounted to a 5x7 self made turquoise card blank (110 gsm).
Super fast to make and very nice looking.
I love the stained glass look.
