I created a 53/4” square white card and folded back the front cover. I printed out the design. I then mounted the square onto black, yellow and green card and placed it centrally onto the folded part of the card.

I decoupaged the circle, with wording, onto the square.

I added two flags, two cars and yellow diamond border peel-offs.
