I printed out and made up the decoupage, I then put the topper on a piece of gold mirri card.
Then using a 8 x 8 ins card I stuck a piece of floral backing paper, leaving a small boarder of the white card.
I placed the topper in the centre used three gems and made a double bow for the bottom right corner
