Mother's Day in Teal - Topper

With this design after cutting out all the elements i placed the main design base in the centre of a white C5 card, then added a gold chain border all round the outside edges of the design, to finish i made up the design using 2mm sticky pads to give some height, then round the main heart design i added little pearl gems and below this i added pink gems, this is a terrific design, was very easy to cut and make up and is stuning and effective when done, any mum would love this design.
