I printed the sheet on to matt photo paper and simply cut out the 2 toppers then used DST to attach them to my card blanks.

I DID apply a gold and a red tiny heart-shaped peel-off to each door.

I think this design is brilliant - quick, simple and so versatile as all recipients are covered (male, female, all ages - job done!).
