Printed onto matte photo paper 190gsm. Cut out topper and decoupage. Attached topper to an A5 scalloped card using double sided tape and then using foam pads for the 3D effect I secured the decoupage.

And sentiment..

Finally put a gold sparkly border around the edge of the card and the sentiment and finished off with some gemstones.
