I printed the sheet off onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. I matted the base image onto blue holo card, then onto champagne metallic card, added a pale blue feather & used foam tape to mount the image to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.

I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel & used Diamond Stickles to add some sparkle.
