Happy new year Completed by Irene Woods

I printed the sheet twice onto 200gsm card and used DST to attach the base image from one copy to my card blank.

I then cut out the detail squares from the second copy and used glue gel to add them as an upper layer.

Finally, I used a gold glitter pen to highlight the stars, hat and eye mask.
