I reduced the size to be able to fit the sheet twice on one piece of matte photo paper. I made a card from soft yellow cardstock, then layered navy gingham paper from cup196995_487 and the base image with dst.
I glued some old lace to the corner areas with no flowers, then from the second copy, I cut the around the paper around the frame and the flowers and attached it 3d as one piece with foam pads (and silicone gel in the tiny floral areas).
I cut out the flower decoupage plus an extra daisy and added them with silicone as well, with the extra daisy covering the Happy New Year sentiment-(I love this design and wanted to use it for a more general purpose card.) Finished with narrow satin ribbon bows and streamers.
Vintage, shabby, country, simply charming!
I printed this design onto matt photo paper and mounted onto a blue card. I also used a pre-made scallop edge under the photo. The two flower elements were cut out and mounted with double sided squares.
I actually placed the flowers onto the card in reverse in order to cover the wording on the card, thus making a general blank card.
Finally I used glossy accents on the centres of the daisies.
