Using two lengths of cream pearlescent card (landscape orientation), I overlapped them at the centre to make a longer panel.

I then made creases at appropriate intervals, and then folded to make a 5 panel concertina card.

I printed out the design, cut out the four panels and matted each one onto a matching colour card. I then fixed them to panels 1,2,4 and 5 of the card. In the centre I used peel off, and metal embellishments to complete the card.
