I printed out 3 copies of this beautiful sheet: 2 on photo paper and 1 on cardstock. From the cardstock, I trimmed out the entire golden medallion and reserved it as a decoupage item.

I trimmed the first photo copy along the outside curlique edge and mounted it with foam pads on the cardstock base, carefully matching the trimming.

I then layered the reserved medallion onto the base with foam pads. From the last photo copy, I carefully trimmed out the medallion and mounted it with foam pads on the previous layer.

I attached the sentiment also with foam pads.

The entire base was centered on an 8 x 11.5 gold parchment sheet and glued. Finally, the entire project was glued to a 12 x 12 pearlized ruby cardstock. I scored the pearlized paper 1 1/2 inch from the outside edge of the parchment paper. This was valley-folded to enable the picture to stand up.

Lastly, I added accent stickers of a cross and several stars.
