Spring Waltz Card Topper with DecoupageCompleted by Gail Pennycuick

I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. Onto a kraft coloured base I attached pieces from a paper doiley and then matted the image over them.

I completed the card with faux pearls on the corners and a tiny one on her hair ribbon. This lovely vintage image would be great for anniversaries, engagements or as a valentine.
