I took a piece of cream glitter paper and punched out a lacy border, then attached this to a 7" x 5" white card.

The base layer was then added and I fixed acetate behind the second layer and added this using foam tape.

The remaining layers were then added using pinflair glue and I finished off by adding little yellow gems to the centre of he pansies.
