The sheet was printed onto glossy photo paper and the elements cut out. I took a plain white A6 card and set it tent fold. I used the two ribbon elements and stuck them to the card, one down near the right hand side and the other across the bottom. I stuck the base image to the card and built up three layers of the pyramid, sticking each in place with 1mm deep double sided foam tape. I finished of the card with 3 yellow sticky back faux gems at the top right on the ribbon.

A nice, simple, card and the image type means it's suitable for a male card.
